TV Presenter Nick Hancock took out of his schedule to visit children with life-threatening illnesses.
The Potteries celebrity visited the Donna Louise Trust's Treetops hospice, in Trentham on Thursday 8th May 2008.
He was treated to a tour of the hospice and met the children, their families and members of staff.
Head of fund-raising and PR, Melanie Mills, said: "We are excited Nick has found the time to visit us, and would like to thank him for his support.
"The children think it is wonderful to have such a talented local celebrity supporting them."
